ServicePilot helps local service businesses answer inbound calls, collect service request details, create leads, store call transcripts, and send service-related notifications.
Information We Collect
We may collect customer name, phone number, service address, call transcript, call summary, service issue, urgency level, preferred service time, SMS consent, and related communication records.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage service requests, notify the business owner, send customer confirmations or service updates, support human follow-up, maintain audit records, and improve the service.
SMS Consent and Mobile Numbers
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties. SMS messages are limited to service-request confirmations, callback or appointment coordination, and follow-up updates related to the customer's request.
Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on the customer's service request. Message and data rates may apply. Customers can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Service Providers
We may use service providers for voice, SMS, email, hosting, analytics, database storage, and AI processing. These providers are used only to operate and support ServicePilot.
Data Retention
Service request records, transcripts, summaries, and notification records are retained as needed for business operations, compliance, auditability, and customer support, unless deletion is requested or required by law.
