ServicePilot Terms and Conditions
Last updated: June 14, 2026
Service Description
ServicePilot provides AI-assisted call intake and operations tools for local service businesses. The service may answer inbound calls, collect customer details, summarize requests, create leads, store transcripts, and send service-related notifications.
Human Review
ServicePilot is designed to assist business operations. It does not replace professional judgment, emergency services, or human review. Businesses are responsible for reviewing leads, responding to customers, and confirming appointments or service commitments.
SMS Terms
By agreeing to receive SMS messages, customers consent to receive service-related text messages about their request, including confirmations, callback coordination, appointment coordination, and follow-up updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Opt-In Method
Customers opt in verbally during an inbound service call. The virtual receptionist asks whether the customer agrees to receive SMS updates about the service request. Consent is recorded with the call transcript and service request.
Prohibited Use
ServicePilot may not be used to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsolicited, lending-related, age-gated, or marketing messages without appropriate consent and compliance controls.
